Technical Advisor
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet customers at the service department
- Explain to the customer the nature of the maintenance or repair work to be done and the time required.
- Offer safety inspection, lubrication, detailing and body work services.
- Solicit existing customers to promote maintenance and other after-sales services
- Prepare repair orders for vehicles.
- Perform summary inspection of vehicles after work is completed and make corrections as needed.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of automotive experience (a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good sales skills
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Bilingualism (an asset)
