Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet customers at the service department
• Explain to the customer the nature of the maintenance or repair work to be done and the time required.
• Offer safety inspection, lubrication, detailing and body work services.
• Solicit existing customers to promote maintenance and other after-sales services
• Prepare repair orders for vehicles.
• Perform summary inspection of vehicles after work is completed and make corrections as needed.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of automotive experience (a plus)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good sales skills
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Bilingualism (an asset)
